William LaBrosse has been a long standing member of Soul's Harbor. He has served a numbr of years as an elder to Pastor Cook. He has also supervised the tent ministry for many years and does an excellent job! He is also in charge of the usher ministry. He always has a smile to greet you with everytime you enter the doors!
